Welcome to our BE MOTIONLESS Program.
In the hustle and bustle of modern life we tend to lose touch with our true nature. We are bombarded with mobile phones, TV and social media. We can be so engrossed in material survival that our emotional stability declines day by day. We are living in a highly competitive pace of modern life.
Our Be Motionless program is a lifestyle with no labels. It is based on my 25 years of yoga experience and teaching practice. I have seen, first-hand, the changes that come about naturally when people begin to practice yoga. Our minds are always active on the outside with a list of “Must do” on our daily agenda.
The Be Motionless Program is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life. It is a complete overhaul for the body and mind. Starting afresh you will have your feet firmly on the ground at all times. It is a program for all ages, shapes and abilities and it is possible to be reach success with a clear vision and the right attitude on a daily basis.
Our Be Motionless Program includes low impact exercises where there are gradual transitions into different yoga poses. By doing this we challenge our muscles to support the weight of our body therefore our bodies will become stronger. When you improve your body’s mobility and health, your life becomes more manageable. Therefore, creating a better work/life balance.
Besides the physical benefits of our program, the breathing techniques that we include will help you to stay present and shift the balance from a tense nervous system (caused by stress and anxiety) to a content, more agile system.
Breathing practices will lower the heart rate and decrease blood pressure.
Regular practice, of movement and breathing, allows the release of blockages and stagnant energy in your body. This promotes the natural release of dopamine which improves your mood!!
Our Be Motionless program is a unique other body/mind experience.
Be Motionless includes all aspects of yoga, from: breathing work; meditation; movement; self-centring; goal setting and much more to get us back on track. The Be Motionless Program is the stepping stone to self-fulfilment. So, jump off the treadmill of stress, while there is still time, and change your life for good.
To Be Motionless is to be happy in your environment. It is perfectly fine to be busy. However, what is desired is, when one is busy on the outside they can remain calm and happy on the inside.
